Hello, my name is Andy Butler and I own and run Llama Developments. We treat your project like it is one of our own, as we take pride in our work and are a very dedicated team.

As such, unlike a conventional process that would entail using various professionals all coming and going when their section is completed, we are there with you all of the time, often from conception right through to the completion of your project.

Teamwork is everything to us, and is a major factor between a successful (and on budget) project and one that did not live up to your high expectations.

Having come from a military background, and then from a successful development company, we are unique in our approach and work ethic. We always have your best interests at heart and have gone through many projects ourselves so understand first-hand the journey you are going through with your building project.

Good architecture is a passion of mine. I am a firm believer in the importance of key design, working hand-in-hand with practicality in any building. Whatever building it may be, if it has some form of architectural merit then I am passionate in sustaining this and working with it. We have our own in-house Architects, which over the years have designed all of our large house extensions, new builds and conversions, from £200k to £4m.

Barns, Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas are specialities of ours as they require an even higher attention to detail and planning model, we have an expert team who are specialists in this field. I would be delighted to discuss your building project with you.
