Spring Cottage

Spring Cottage is a delightful 16th Century cottage, situated in a conservation area. It was originally very ‘dated’ inside and poorly laid out with small rooms leading into even smaller rooms. We totally gutted the property, replacing everything apart from the external walls and also removed several internal load-bearing walls to create a more open-plan feel. Once more, the client wanted a high specification with underfloor heating; bespoke LED lighting and complex music and data cabling throughout.
