The Millers

The Millers was an older property that had been previously extended and developed but, as is so often the case, without an overall aim or design in mind. We secured planning permission for a very large extension plus a garage/work store with additional accommodation above. This tripled the size of the property’s floor space and added a large glass screen feature at one end of the building to provide stunning views over the surrounding countryside. By having a high specification, great design and being impeccably constructed, the owner – who later sold the property – more than doubled their original investment.
